Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour
Schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts; no weekends, nights, or major holidays

Experience in the veterinary field is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated individuals who are up for a challenge. We offer 4-day work weeks and do not work nights, weekends, or major holidays.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Assist with client check-in and check-out
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Support the veterinary team and anticipate the needs of DVM staff
- Help keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
- Contribute to efficient hospital workflow and exceptional client care
