What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones, route calls appropriately, and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage daily appointment flow
- Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
- Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
- Communicate hospital policies, services, and recommendations clearly
- Support client education and follow-up communications
- Maintain an organized, professional reception area
- Collaborate with veterinarians and support staff to ensure a positive client experience
- Help support efficient patient flow throughout the hospital
