Role: Veterinary Client Service Representative
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18 - $21 per hour
Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week; flexible schedule with either Saturday or Sunday shifts required

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple phone lines and client communications
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Support smooth communication between clients and the medical team
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Assist with daily front desk operations and workflow management
- Deliver exceptional customer service during every client interaction
