What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phones, emails, and client inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage daily hospital communications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Coordinate client referrals and medical record requests
  • Maintain organized patient files and hospital documentation
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff
  • Educate clients on hospital services and basic preventive care information
  • Support daily hospital operations through organization and front desk coordination

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
