As the first and last person our clients interact with, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our hospital run smoothly. What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage multiple priorities throughout the day
  • Check clients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
  • Process payments and explain invoices with confidence and compassion
  • Communicate clearly with clients regarding appointments, services, and follow-up care
  • Coordinate with doctors and technicians to keep appointments running smoothly
