Role: Veterinary Assistant
Status: Full-time
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Weekday morning and afternoon shifts with 2–3 weekend kennel shifts per month

Colleyville Animal Clinic is a well-established, AAHA-accredited small animal practice looking for a compassionate Veterinary Assistant to join our team. What You'll Do
- Assist veterinarians and technicians during examinations and treatments
- Properly restrain patients using safe, compassionate handling techniques
- Perform in-house laboratory testing
- Bathe and provide basic grooming care for hospitalized and boarding pets
- Feed, walk, and monitor hospitalized and boarding animals
- Clean and disinfect kennels, treatment areas, and hospital equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized hospital environment
- Assist the medical team wherever needed to provide outstanding patient care
- Support teammates to help maintain an efficient daily workflow
What You'll Bring
- Previous veterinary or animal care experience is preferred but not required
