What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily client communications
  • Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Assist with mail, deliveries, inventory, and general administrative duties
  • Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth and efficient client experience
  • Help maintain an organized and professional front office environment

What You'll Bring

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or front office experience; veterinary experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning veterinary software
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office management training is a plus
