- Salary: $21 – $25 per hour
- Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with rotating Saturdays

Columbia City Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team of compassionate veterinary professionals. What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Provide exceptional client service in person and over the phone
- Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
- Schedule appointments and help manage the hospital calendar
- Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
- Process payments and maintain accurate client account information
- Communicate clearly with clients about appointments, hospital processes, and next steps
- Coordinate with veterinarians and clinical team members to support smooth patient flow
- Maintain accurate client and patient information in the hospital’s practice management system
- Help create a welcoming, organized, and positive front desk environment
- Listen patiently as clients tell you exactly why their pet is the greatest animal to ever live
- Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities to help deliver positive outcomes
