- Salary: $18.25 – $19.25 per hour
- Schedule: Four x 9-hour shifts

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism, warmth, and compassion
- Manage client and patient check-ins and check-outs
- Answer and direct calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and relay messages to the veterinary team
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Update and maintain client and patient information
What You’ll Bring
- Previous veterinary receptionist or veterinary hospital experience
- Excellent client communication and customer service skills
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Confidence managing phones, scheduling, and multiple priorities
- The ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
