Position Details
Role: Pet Care Attendant
Status: Part-time (approx. 10 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: A mixture of morning and evening shifts, 7 a.m. - 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6/7 p.m. One weekend shift required. Rotating holidays

Countryside Veterinary Service - Kinsman is looking for a compassionate, dependable Pet Care Attendant to join our team. Our Pet Care Attendants play an essential role in providing exceptional care for our boarding and hospitalized pets while helping create a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for every animal in our care.

What Our Pet Care Attendants Do
- Feed, walk, exercise, and provide daily care for boarding and hospitalized pets
- Clean and disinfect cages, runs, kennels, and treatment areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pet care environment
- Administer oral medications as directed by the veterinarians
- Observe patients for changes in behavior or health and communicate concerns to the medical team
- Maintain accurate treatment records and daily care logs
- Assist technicians and veterinarians with patient care as needed
- Ensure every pet receives compassionate attention throughout their stay
