Salary: $18 - $21 per hour based on experience
Schedule: Flexible schedule with rotating evening and Saturday shifts

Clementon Animal Hospital is looking for a full-time, experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our welcoming and professional team. As the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an essential role in creating a positive experience while helping our hospital run smoothly and efficiently.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer multi-line phone systems and assist clients with questions
  • Schedule and confirm appointments while maintaining an efficient hospital workflow
  • Check clients and patients in and out
  • Process payments accurately and review invoices with clients
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate appointment details, hospital services, and follow-up instructions
  • Help manage a busy appointment schedule and prioritize urgent client needs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to provide exceptional client service
  • Support clients with empathy during both routine visits and emotional situations
