Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Competitive compensation based on experience
Schedule: Monday through Friday with rotating Saturday mornings.
Experience: Customer service experience required; veterinary experience is a plus

Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of the practice and play an important role in every client and patient experience. You’ll help strengthen our reputation in the community by creating a warm welcome, providing exceptional service, and supporting pets and their families throughout every stage of care.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism.
- Manage multiple phone lines and respond to client questions clearly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and help coordinate the hospital’s daily calendar.
- Complete client follow-ups and communicate important information promptly.
- Process payments and assist clients during check-in and check-out.
- Help clients with pet food, medications, and other supply purchases.
- Update patient charts and maintain accurate client and patient information.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, comfortable, and welcoming.
- Communicate with veterinarians, technicians, and other team members to support efficient hospital operations.
- Create a positive experience for every pet and person who contacts or visits the hospital.
What You’ll Bring

- Compassion and empathy for clients during both joyful and difficult moments.
- Veterinary reception experience is a plus but not required.
