Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time (approximately 30 hours per week)
Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
Schedule: Flexible 4-day work week with rotating Saturdays; no nights or holidays

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service
- Schedule appointments and efficiently manage the daily appointment calendar
- Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate records
- Process payments and review invoices with clients
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, reminders, and follow-up care
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Collaborate with doctors and teammates to maintain an efficient workflow and exceptional client experience
