Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $16.00–$17.00 per hour
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday. Weekends OFF!

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion.
• Answer phones and provide exceptional customer service.
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate an efficient daily workflow.
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information.
• Process invoices and collect payments accurately.
• Educate clients about hospital services, policies, and next steps.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
• Document client communications and update patient information appropriately.
• Work closely with doctors and teammates to create an exceptional client experience.
• Support daily front-desk and hospital operations wherever needed.
