We’re looking for a Veterinary Receptionist who is passionate about helping pets and their people while being part of a collaborative veterinary team.

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with their questions and needs
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments for a busy multi-doctor practice
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and support front-desk transactions
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients regarding hospital services and procedures
  • Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support an efficient daily workflow
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction
