Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour
Schedule: Five-day work weeks, rotating Saturdays

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism
- Answer incoming calls and help clients with questions and appointment needs
- Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized daily hospital workflow
- Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
- Maintain accurate client and patient information
- Process payments and support front-desk transactions
- Listen carefully to client concerns and communicate important information to the veterinary team
- Provide compassionate support to clients throughout their pets' visits
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow reception team members
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional reception area
- Help create an exceptional experience for every pet and person who walks through our doors
