Gwinnett Animal Clinic is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team! We are a well-established, four-doctor practice that has proudly served Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities since 1966. As our practice continues to grow, our commitment remains the same: providing exceptional veterinary care while building trusted relationships with the people who love our patients.

Our Client Service Representatives are a vital part of our care team and play an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
  • Respond to client questions and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized hospital calendar
  • Check clients and patients in and out while maintaining accurate information
  • Process payments and assist with routine client transactions
  • Manage emails, messages, reminders, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with doctors, technicians, assistants, and fellow receptionists to support efficient patient flow
  • Assist with additional front-office responsibilities as needed
