What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll help keep the front of the hospital running smoothly while providing the warm, professional service our clients deserve.

  • Greet and assist clients and their pets upon arrival
  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally and compassionately
  • Schedule appointments and help manage the clinic's calendar
  • Respond to client questions and provide information about hospital services
  • Communicate effectively between clients, veterinarians, and other team members
  • Process payments and billing transactions accurately
  • Maintain and update client and patient records
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities, including filing and data entry
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Help maintain an efficient daily workflow
  • Support teammates and jump in wherever needed to create a positive client experience
