What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist at Full Circle Veterinary Care, you’ll be one of the first people our clients connect with and an important link between pet owners and the medical team.

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions
  • Schedule and coordinate veterinary appointments
  • Check clients and patients in and out efficiently
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Communicate important information between clients and the veterinary team
  • Process payments and assist with client transactions
  • Help clients understand hospital services, recommendations, and next steps
  • Recognize potentially urgent concerns and communicate them appropriately to the medical team
  • Provide compassionate support during stressful or emotional situations
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Balance multiple priorities while providing excellent customer service
  • Support veterinarians, technicians, assistants, and fellow reception team members
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and follow through to achieve positive outcomes
  • Help maintain an efficient daily hospital workflow
  • Deliver an exceptional experience from the first phone call through the end of each visit
