What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll be one of the first people our clients meet and a key link between pet owners and our medical team.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Listening patiently as clients explain exactly why their pet is the best one that has ever lived
  • Contributing to a positive, efficient, and supportive hospital environment

What You’ll Bring

Great veterinary reception takes more than being good at answering phones. It requires empathy, organization, communication, teamwork, and the ability to keep things moving when the day gets busy.

Our ideal Veterinary Receptionist is ready to:

  • Deliver exceptional client service
  • Communicate professionally and compassionately with pet owners
  • Stay organized while managing multiple priorities

That’s why we offer flexible scheduling with rotating Saturday shifts and a culture that genuinely values work-life balance.

You’ll also have mentoring and support as you continue building your career. We believe the more you know, the better off we all are, and we want our team members to have opportunities to learn, develop, and share their knowledge with others.
