What You’ll Do

  • Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and their pets
  • Communicate with clients in person and over the phone with compassion and professionalism
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Check clients and patients in and out of the hospital
  • Process payments and support accurate client account management
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and patient information
  • Answer questions and help clients navigate their veterinary care experience
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming reception area
  • Participate in cross-training and professional development opportunities
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through to achieve positive outcomes
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture
