Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience, skill set, and future performance
Schedule: 35-40 hours, 5 days some mornings, some evenings and some Saturdays

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Create a welcoming, compassionate, and professional experience for clients and their pets
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients in person and over the phone
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments while helping the hospital day run smoothly
  • Welcome clients and patients and assist with the check-in and checkout process
  • Answer client questions and help pet owners navigate their veterinary care experience
  • Maintain accurate client and patient information
  • Process payments and support accurate client account management
  • Use strong time-management and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
  • Help maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
  • Support hospital workflows and contribute to an efficient client experience
