Position Details

Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-time
Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Four x 10-hour shifts during the week (Monday through Friday), with one Saturday per month

• Create a welcoming, compassionate experience for clients and their cats
• Serve as an important connection between clients and the veterinary medical team
• Help coordinate appointments and keep the hospital’s daily schedule running smoothly
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients in person and by phone
• Support efficient client check-in and check-out
• Help maintain accurate client and patient information
