As a Client Care Representative (CCR), you’ll serve as the first point of contact for our clients and play an important role in creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate experience for clients and their pets. You’ll help support patient care and hospital operations through appointment management, client communication, administrative responsibilities, financial transactions, and coordination of front desk activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how organization, communication, and attention to detail can make a meaningful difference in the veterinary experience.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Greet clients and patients upon arrival, facilitate timely check-in and check-out, and help maintain efficient reception flow and wait times
  • Schedule, reschedule, coordinate, and confirm appointments using approved hospital processes, including telephone, email, online portals, text, and other approved communication methods
  • Welcome and onboard new clients by providing information about hospital services, policies, and available resources
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, team members, and others, as appropriate, to support patient care, client service, and hospital operations
  • Answer incoming telephone calls using established hospital protocols and professional phone etiquette
  • Appropriately route medical questions and urgent patient concerns to veterinary team members
