Role: Veterinary Receptionist
Status: Full-Time
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and skill set
Schedule: 4 days per week and every 3rd Saturday/Sunday rotation

As one of the first people our clients meet, you’ll play an important role in helping every visit run smoothly from start to finish.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

  • Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
  • Answer phones and manage multiple lines in a busy hospital environment
  • Help direct calls and client concerns to the appropriate veterinary team member
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial information
  • Maintain complete and accurate client and patient records
  • Communicate effectively with veterinary assistants, technicians, and doctors
  • Help coordinate front-desk and hospital workflow
  • Provide compassionate customer service, even during busy or emotional situations
  • Jump in where needed to help keep the day running smoothly

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous animal experience is strongly preferred, including experience in a veterinary clinic, kennel, shelter, or similar environment
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
