Status: Part-Time
Salary: $19 - $20 per hour
Schedule: 3 days per week; No Weekends

We’re looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our dedicated team. As one of the first and last people our clients interact with, you’ll play an essential role in creating a welcoming experience, keeping our multi-doctor schedule running smoothly, and helping clients navigate their pets’ care with confidence.

What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer incoming calls, route calls appropriately, and respond to voicemails promptly
• Schedule appointments and efficiently manage a multi-doctor calendar
• Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate client and patient information
• Collect payments and process invoices
• Review estimates with clients and answer appropriate questions
• Clearly communicate hospital policies, pricing, and service information
• Manage medical record requests, reminders, and routine administrative tasks
• Maintain an organized front desk and welcoming lobby environment
• Help support smooth communication between clients and the veterinary team
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout every client interaction
