We’re looking for a compassionate, organized, and motivated Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. This role is about much more than answering phones and scheduling appointments. Our CSRs are at the heart of the client experience, helping pet owners navigate everything from routine wellness visits to urgent and emotional situations with professionalism, empathy, and kindness.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, compassion, and professionalism
• Schedule appointments and help coordinate patient care
• Answer phones, emails, texts, and client inquiries
• Support clients during routine, urgent, and emotionally challenging situations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and patient records
• Support patient check-in and checkout processes
• Process payments and assist clients with billing questions
• Communicate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow support team members
• Help keep reception and other client-facing areas clean, organized, and welcoming
• Stay organized while managing multiple priorities in a busy veterinary environment
• Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-focused hospital culture
