What Our Veterinary Receptionists Do

As a Veterinary Receptionist, you’ll help create a positive experience for clients and patients while supporting the hospital's flow. You’ll:

• Welcome clients and patients with kindness, empathy, and professionalism
• Support clients throughout their experience with the hospital
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners and teammates
• Help keep the front desk and daily client-service workflow organized
• Work collaboratively with the veterinary team to support patients and their families
• Approach client concerns and questions with patience and empathy
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities to help deliver positive outcomes
• Share your knowledge, skills, and experiences with teammates—spidey powers are welcome, too
• Bring positivity and a team-first attitude to each day
