Medicine, Growth, Skills, and Pet Hair!

At Red Hill Animal Health Center, we’re proud of the medicine we practice and the pets and people we care for—and we’re just as proud of the team that makes it ALL happen.

Located in the heart of Colorado’s beautiful Roaring Fork Valley, we’re an AAHA-accredited general practice offering full-service veterinary care alongside a large boarding and daycare facility and grooming salon. That means plenty of pets, plenty of personalities, and yes, probably plenty of pet hair.

We’re looking for a part-time Client Service Representative who loves animals, enjoys helping people, and wants to be part of a clinic culture where teammates support one another and keep things positive—even on the busiest days.

Why Our Client Service Representatives Love Working Here

  • Be part of an AAHA-accredited veterinary practice committed to quality care
  • Work in an environment centered around both pets and the people who love them
  • Join a supportive team that believes in helping one another
  • Build your knowledge of basic veterinary medicine while strengthening your client service skills
  • Work alongside a full-service veterinary practice, boarding and daycare facility, and grooming salon
  • Bring your compassion, customer service skills, and love of animals to work
  • Enjoy a positive clinic culture that knows teamwork matters most when things get busy

  • Learn basic veterinary medicine to better assist with client communication
  • Work collaboratively with teammates across a busy animal-care environment
  • Help maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, even during high-volume days
  • Use your customer service skills and love of animals to contribute to the clinic team

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a caring, compassionate team player who enjoys working with both people and animals. You’ll bring:

  • Excellent phone skills
  • A strong customer service mindset
  • A genuine love of animals
  • Compassion and care when interacting with clients and their pets
  • A willingness to learn about basic veterinary medicine
  • A collaborative, team-oriented approach

  • A desire to contribute to a workplace where teammates support one another

The Extras You’ll Actually Feel

At Red Hill Animal Health Center, you won’t just be answering phones—you’ll be part of a diverse animal-care environment where veterinary medicine, boarding, daycare, and grooming all come together.

You’ll have the opportunity to grow your knowledge, use your customer service strengths, spend your workdays surrounded by pets, and be part of a team that understands the value of supporting one another.

And while we can’t promise you’ll leave every shift without pet hair on your clothes, we can promise that loving animals is definitely part of the job.
