Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $17.13–$18.50/hr

Schedule: 4–5 day work week, 36–40 hours per week; no nights, on-call shifts, or holiday hours

Experience: Veterinary reception or customer service experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
• Answer phones and manage a busy appointment schedule
• Schedule appointments and coordinate the daily flow of the hospital
• Check patients in and out and maintain accurate client and patient records
• Process invoices and collect payments
• Communicate clearly with veterinarians, technicians, and teammates
• Educate clients on preventive care, hospital services, and next steps
• Deliver exceptional customer service and a welcoming experience with every interaction
