Bring your passion and experience to Windham Animal Hospital! We are seeking an experienced groomer to join our dedicated team to support our loyal clients and adorable patients, in a full-time or part-time position.
We are an established grooming facility with a full appointment schedule of established clients. You can start immediately without having to build a client base.
Applicant should be ready to:
- Provide professional pet grooming services to clients' pets, including bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of pets during the grooming process.
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area.
- Communicate with pet owners to understand their specific grooming requests and preferences.
- Handle and restrain animals in a calm and gentle manner.
- Monitor the health and behavior of pets during grooming and report any concerns to the pet owner or veterinarian.
- Keep accurate records of each pet's grooming history.
- Collaborate with the medical staff of the hospital on any overlapping pet’s needs
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a pet groomer
- Strong customer service skills
