Miramar Animal Hospital is a fast paced three doctor practice looking to hire an experienced and highly motivated Hospital Manager. We are seeking an individual who is looking to grow and expand their knowledge in the veterinary field as well as in the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management/leadership role within the Veterinary field required
• Previous Veterinary Technician experience preferred
• Have empathy and respect towards pets, clients and colleagues
• Able to review, understand and react to findings in financial reports, budgets, and Profit & Loss statements
• Have excellent interpersonal, listening, and written and verbal communication skills
• Exercise strong time management skills, being able to plan, organize and prioritize tasks 
• Possess a good attitude and contribute to building and fostering a positive work environment
• Have strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
• Maintain a constructive and harmonious relationship with co-workers, client and vendors
