About the Role Qualifications for this position include a genuine love for animals, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. Prior customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are a must.  

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain a clean environment 
  • Properly answer multi-line phone system: assess, prioritize, and direct phone callers. 
  • Maintain a professional reception area 
  • Greet & welcome client and patients 
  • Check in clients/patients, collect pertinent information 
  • Confirm the next day's appointments according to protocol 
  • Schedule client/patients for efficient use of doctor & staff time 
  • Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment
