Grady Animal Hospital is ready to hire a veterinary receptionist to join our dedicated team.
A successful applicant will be proficient in both the front and back offices of the clinic and able to handle communications with all patients, clients, and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and direct telephone calls, emails, and visitors.
- Answer questions and resolve problems for clients.
- Track and manage client information.
- Manage client referrals.
- Maintain records on pets in the practice.
- Understand different business plans in a veterinary practice.
- Interpret medical terminology.
