At Mother Lode Veterinary Hospital, we are known for serving our patients and clients with compassion, empathy, and integrity. We are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic, compassionate, skilled, upbeat Veterinary Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join our team.

Who are we looking for?
Please have a positive personality, be capable of effective communication, enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment, multi-task like a pro, be solution-oriented and have a well-rounded skill set and solid knowledge base. This position has room for growth and development for the right candidates. We prefer someone with at least one year of experience working as a receptionist in a veterinary hospital, but all candidates with experience in customer service and administrative assistance would be considered.
You are the first voice a client hears, the client’s conduit to the doctors and staff, and the last smile a client encounters!
We are open Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM, one Saturday a month from 9:00AM-3:00PM

The salary range for this position is $17 - $22 / hr. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
