The Fix Machine Animal Health Clinic is looking to add a full-time Veterinary Receptionist to our front desk team.

Our Veterinary Receptionists are the face of our practice. This role plays an important part in our community reputation and in supporting our clients and patients by providing great customer service.

This is a full-time position. Four-day work weeks with no weekends, holidays, or on-call. We prioritize work-life balance and actively strive to avoid burnout. Our Veterinary Receptionists are an important part of our pet care team and help provide excellent care to our patients as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients.

We prefer candidates with veterinary practice experience including (but not limited to) greeting patients/clients, managing multiple phone lines, booking appointments, handling medical records, processing payments, and ensuring that the reception area is clean and comfortable for clients.
