Your Role as a Client Service Representative:


Our receptionists are vital to the success of our practice, serving as the bridge between clients, doctors, and nurses. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and communicating with clients in person, via phone, and email with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Scheduling appointments and managing financial transactions.
  • Filling medications and handling data entry.
  • Standing for extended periods and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the day.
