What You'll Do:
- Welcome clients and their pets with a warm and professional attitude.
- Schedule appointments and manage clinic communications.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and questions about our services.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a passion for animals.
- Experience in customer service or reception (preferred, but not required).
- Experience with Impromed software is a plus.
- Comfort with computers and basic software programs.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring 35-40 hours per week, with one day off each week.
- Saturdays are required on a rotating schedule every 3-4 weeks.
- Clinic hours of operation are as follows:
- Monday: 7:30 AM - 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Wednesday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Closed
