Pittsburgh East Animal Hospital (Monroeville, PA) and Greenburg Animal Hospital (Greenburg, PA) are seeking a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for an individual passionate about fostering a collaborative and engaging work environment while upholding our commitment to exceptional client service and veterinary care for our loyal clients and their pets. This indvidiual will support both locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous veterinary technician or management experience is required.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational oversight of the hospital.
- Mentor and support the technician and receptionist teams to foster growth and development.
- Manage the financial health and business development of the practice, including budgeting and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Oversee client care and communication, coaching support staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
