Who we are

Vetcor is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to lead our content marketing efforts. This key role on the corporate marketing team will implement and manage strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of creative, analytical, and leadership skills. 

 

The Content Marketing Manager supports Vetcor marketing programs, including social media, internal communications, digital marketing, tradeshow events, and marketing programs to support Recruiting and Business Development. This role reports to the Senior Corporate Marketing Manager. 

 

In this role, your ability to create and execute strategic social media and communication plans will be crucial to Vetcor's success in recruiting top talent, driving business growth, and building a strong corporate brand. Collaboration with other departments, staying up-to-date with industry trends, and a commitment to delivering results will be essential for achieving your objectives. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Social Media: Responsible for Vetcor’s social media presence, including strategy, content scheduling, development, and execution. Responsible for maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency in all branding efforts. 
  • Internal Communications: Manage regular communications with our workforce through multiple platforms, including email, Dayforce hub, Facebook, Constant Contact and the intranet. 
  • Recruitment Marketing: Assist in communications to candidates and potential candidates through email marketing, social media campaigns, and events. 
  • Website Updates and Blogs: Regularly update the website and create blog content for corporate and practice websites. 
  • Event Support: Assist the Recruiting team with regional job fairs and events. 
  • Intranet: Key role in maintaining company intranet, including the knowledge center and optimizing the user experience. Partner with our developer on additional enhancements and workflows. 
  • Marketing Collateral and Materials: Support all Service Center Teams with internal and external marketing collateral and resources. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Continuously analyze data to track the performance of various campaigns and initiatives. Adjust strategies based on insights.  

 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, advertising, or related studies preferred. 
  • Proven marketing experience (5-7 years)  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing, Canva, and video editing tools. 
  • Strong working knowledge of social media marketing. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and best practices. 

 

Location: 

The Content Marketing Manager is a remote role. This role is ideally based in Dallas however we are happy to consider candidates from the greater Austin or the Boston metro area.
