Hospital Manager - Stillwater, PA

They will also love working with people; excelling in client service and comfortable multitasking in an ever-changing environment.  Previous veterinary clinic experience is required, as well as experience in a supervisory/lead role. Priority will be given to technician candidates with surgical expertise, and a love for coaching and mentoring. We have tremendous support to train the right candidate looking for growth! 

The Hospital Manager will be responsible for operational oversight of our hospital, including the leadership of the technician and receptionist support teams; managing financial and business development of the practice, including managing the budget and key performance indicators. This position will also require regular shifts working “on the floor,” commensurate with experience (i.e., if you have technician experience, you will work as a technician or if you have reception experience, you will work reception), as the need arises.
