Blair Animal Clinic is looking to add a Client Care Specialist to our team. Client Care Specialist (our title for our amazing veterinary receptionists) duties include being the first point of contact for clients, handling client inquiries in person and over the phone, scheduling appointments, managing client accounts, as well as admitting and discharging patients. As our first point of contact, you will be delivering personalized and dedicated client care to all patients and owners.

Shift times:
 Monday-Friday, 8a-Noon, 1-6p or 9a-1p, 2-6p, with Saturday fill in or rotation from 8:30a-Noon. 

Job Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills and ability to provide top-notch client education and service
• Possess a strong sense of collaboration and emotional intelligence
• Effective time management and organizational skills are a must, with the ability to take initiative, multitask, prioritize and work independently
• Ability to maintain a calm disposition while working in a busy and dynamic client service environment
