Veterinary Receptionist - San Antonio, TX

Penny Paws Animal Clinic - San Antonio is ready to hire an experienced veterinary receptionist to help expand our kind, welcoming clinic culture. We know a happy, healthy staff is essential to comprehensive patient care and want you to bring your authentically awesome self.

Our clinic is just over a year old, and we offer everything from laser therapy to behavioral consultations and even ultrasound. We value and practice fear-free and feline-friendly techniques and look forward to improving the lives of both our patients and clients.  

As an experienced veterinary receptionist, you already know what it takes to be a successful professional in this field. Some of the critical skills that we are looking for with this particular opportunity include (but are not limited to):

• Proficient ability in performing all administration skills of a clinic, including scheduling, financial transactions, reviewing medical records, handling multi-line phone systems, etc.
• Animal handling experience
• Proficient ability in maintaining a positive lobby and appointment flow
• Ability to function efficiently and multitask under pressure
