Veterinary Receptionist - Honolulu, HI

Animal Clinic of Honolulu is seeking individuals to fill our veterinary receptionist role. We are a busy, progressive, full-service veterinary hospital located in Kaimuki.

As a veterinary receptionist, you will be responsible for facilitating a positive and engaging environment for clients, patients, and staff. You must demonstrate professionalism when scheduling appointments, addressing client concerns, and articulating medical advice. As the first and last person each client sees during their visit, your position is vital to their satisfaction. Job duties include answering phones, checking in/out clients, cash handling, scheduling appointments, computer work, texting clients, and more administrative work.
