Veterinary Receptionist - Greenbay, WI

Riverside Animal Hospital is a full-service veterinary medical facility located in Green Bay, WI. We are committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, preventative health care, and health-related educational opportunities for our clients.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to add a receptionist to our team! We strive to provide our clients with a great experience, and our receptionists play an integral role in providing excellent communication and customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities: This position is responsible for assisting the busy 7-doctor small animal practice. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, greeting customers, answering phones, checking clients in and out, providing information to clients, working with electronic records, and a variety of other general administrative functions.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will have a High School Diploma, experience. This person must be able to work well in a team environment, be highly motivated and detail-oriented. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and ability to work well under pressure is a must. An ability to work a flexible schedule is also important. Candidates with animal handling experience (volunteering, animal grooming, boarding, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.
