Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Warmly welcoming clients and patients
  • Answering and directing high-volume phone calls
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Updating client and patient records
  • Processing payments accurately
  • Performing general clerical duties to support our team

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • A genuine love for animals
  • Strong communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
  • A dependable work ethic and strong attention to detail
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
  • At least one year of experience in the veterinary field (preferred)
  • Prior knowledge of Cornerstone software (a plus!)

 

Position Available: Full-time or Part-time

 

The salary range for this position is $19-$23/hr. Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience. The actual rate offered will carefully consider your skills, qualifications, and experience.
