Who We’re Looking For: You’re the friendly voice that greets pet parents and the calm presence they rely on. The right fit for our team will be: 

• Friendly, positive, and a natural communicator 

• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment 

• Able to juggle multiple tasks with grace 

• Solutions-focused and team-spirited 

• Experienced in veterinary reception or customer service (1 year preferred) 

Veterinary experience is a bonus—but if you have strong customer service skills and a passion for animals, we’d love to meet you! 

Responsibilities Include: 

• Be the first warm welcome and the last friendly goodbye 

• Manage phones, schedule appointments, and relay information between clients and our medical team 

• Help create a smooth and compassionate client experience from start to finish 

• Support our amazing team in delivering top-notch care 

Schedule: 

• Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM 

• Weekends off!
