Cranberry Holistic Pet Care is looking for a client service representative to support our goal of creating healthier lives for our patients and their families.  In joining our practice, you'll become a valued member of our team. Duties include, but are not limited to:  

• Answering incoming calls 

• scheduling patient appointments 

• preparing charts for upcoming appointments 

• addressing client concerns via phone, text, and email 

• checking clients out after appointments 

• filing, scanning, or other duties as assigned
