Qualifications
- Experience: Customer Service, 3 year REQUIRED, Veterinary receptionist, 1 year (Preferred)
- Job distance: Cincinnati, OH 45238, Between 5 and 10 miles (Preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- We are looking for well-qualified applicants who can answer multi-line phones, schedule appointments, perform filing, greeting/receiving clients, and processing invoices at the end of appointments
- Our office staff is considered our front line in client communication
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
- Other duties as requested

Work Schedule/Hours:
- Weekdays 11 am or noon to close (9 pm), Occasional AM shift
