Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners and ensure a positive experience for both pets and their owners
- Supervise and monitor the behavior and interactions of dogs in the daycare facility
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets by maintaining a clean and secure environment
- Feed and administer medications to pets according to their specific needs
- Assist with grooming tasks such as bathing, brushing, and nail trimming
- Clean and sanitize kennels, play areas, and other facilities regularly
- Maintain accurate records of dog information, including feeding schedules, medications, and behavioral observations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with pets in a professional setting
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners
- Ability to handle dogs of all sizes and breeds
- Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Knowledge of basic dog behavior and understanding of canine body language
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Kennel Staff Hours:
- Weekdays: 7:30 am-7:00 pm
- Saturdays: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm & 4:00 - 7:00 pm
- Sundays: 8:00 am - 12:00 pm & 3:00-7:00 pm
